Job summary

Beauty Barrage is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands in various retailers across the territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness through in-store activities.

The role requires self-motivation, a passion for beauty, and flexibility with a fluctuating, part-time schedule based on brand needs and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be available on weekends and able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
