Job summary

Beauty Barrage is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands in beauty retailers across North America. You will drive sales targets, cultivate store relationships, and boost brand awareness through in-store activities and demonstrations.

The role is fluctuating and part-time, with schedule varying monthly and with travel within the territory. You must be self-starter, results-oriented, and passionate about beauty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
