Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor) to provide expert beauty advice, demonstrations, and personalized consultations. You’ll help customers select makeup and skincare, build relationships, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will also educate customers on loyalty benefits, promotions, and new beauty launches, maintaining a polished, welcoming sales floor and supporting team goals with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Strong communication and people skills to engage customers and build relationships.
• Ability to understand and communicate beauty products and recommendations.
