Macy's Inc. is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor) to provide expert beauty advice, product demonstrations, and personalized consultations.

You will help customers choose makeup and skincare, build client relationships, and grow loyalty through proactive follow-up and outreach. You’ll maintain a welcoming shopping environment, drive sales, and stay current with trends and promotions while delivering exceptional service that makes customers feel confident and valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience is required.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and teammates in English.
• Build relationships and drive sales through clienteling and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, educate and sell with confidence on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate product applications and provide tailored consultations.
