Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and a consultative approach. You will engage clients, identify needs, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty through product knowledge, demonstrate and apply products, participate in training, and support merchandising, inventory, and store operations to ensure a polished, compliant department and a friendly, inclusive environment

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and client service.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
