Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through passion for beauty and a consultative approach with clients. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Responsibilities include building loyalty, promoting products, demonstrating usage, and completing trainings while upholding store safety and cleanliness standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge and skills.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and department standards, including merchandise sets and tester maintenance.
