Job summary

Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and a consultative approach with clients. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and omni-channel processes.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, and stay current on trends while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and maintain department standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
• Uphold safety policies and company guidelines.
