Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will train with Sally Beauty to develop product knowledge and guide customers on their beauty journey.

You will build relationships, promote promotions, and help customers join the Loyalty program while assisting with transactions and merchandising. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
