Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences and guide customers through hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, inform guests about promotions, and help them discover complementary products.

You will be trained thoroughly and supported as you help customers on their beauty journey, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for sales/promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
