Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will guide customers through their beauty journey with training provided and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to explain product labels and training information to customers.
• Willing to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
