Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events that deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to better assist guests.
