Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store, advise on product selections and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.

The BA will greet guests, answer questions, demonstrate products, book appointments for services and support in-store events, while maintaining store appearance and inventory to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, determine needs and provide product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and assist with inventory.
• Handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
