Job summary

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest entering the store, tailor service to needs, answer questions, inform about promotions, and suggest complementary products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver guest excellence while meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
