Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor (BA) to provide an exceptional guest experience by engaging with guests to determine needs, performing makeup applications, and assisting with in-store events. The BA will support leadership with sales goals, product knowledge, and store operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

The role requires hosting guest interactions, answering questions about products, and promoting Ulta Beauty services and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Take initiative to stay informed about products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and properly presented sales floor and back areas.
