Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor (BA) to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our store. You will greet guests, perform cashier tasks, stock fixtures, and maintain a clean, inviting environment while learning product knowledge to recommend beauty solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting makeup applications, skincare analysis, booking appointments for services and events, and supporting store leadership with sales goals. Flexibility for days/evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with sales.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions.
• Maintain stock, reset displays, and keep the store clean.
• Support events and service appointments.
• Explain product benefits and recommend solutions.
