Job summary

Sally Beauty in Tallahassee, FL is looking for a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, applying product knowledge learned through training.

This role emphasizes honoring our Sally Beauty Culture Values, delivering accurate transactions, and helping customers find the right products while promoting the loyalty program. Training is provided; growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone’s needs.
