Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly advisor to help customers on their beauty journey at our Tampa store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through product choices in color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

Expect to upsell complementary items, set up displays, inform customers about promotions, and enroll them in the loyalty program while maintaining accurate transactions and a tidy, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate promotions and events to customers.
• Willingness to learn about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
