Sally Beauty in Florida is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails.

You will build relationships, recommend additions, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in loyalty, and handle transactions while upholding Sally Beauty Culture Values. A high school diploma and 1+ years retail experience help; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
