Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Florida to create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care or nails, helping customers through their beauty journey and applying product knowledge from training.

You’ll build relationships, inform customers of promotions, manage displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions efficiently. Various schedules available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
