Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. You'll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, sharing product knowledge and guiding customers on their beauty journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs.
