Kohl’s seeks a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach, identify client needs, and maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands. You will execute merchandise sets, support replenishment and visual standards, and contribute to a positive client experience in-store.

Responsibilities include building loyalty, demonstrating products, completing required training, and supporting inventory and merchandising. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and upsell products by identifying needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Support inventory from receipt to sale and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product to supervisor.
