Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPIM/CPM preferred.
• 5+ years in category management, product management, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in industrial distribution or bearings is highly desirable.
• Proven success negotiating with global manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 1–3-year category strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive revenue, gross margin, and inventory performance (turns, GM, DOS).
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supply risk.
