Job summary
Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Beaker CPI Systems Analyst I to support and optimize Beaker/LIS applications within the Pathology Informatics CPI-Diagnostics Institute. Qualifications
- Associate degree and two years of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in healthcare or lab
- OR Bachelor's degree and one year of experience
- OR High School Diploma with four years of clinical or implementation, support and management experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system users and IT professionals to plan, design, implement, and optimize Beaker/LIS applications.
- Gather, validate, and translate requirements into Beaker/LIS specifications and product management.
- Design and build Beaker/LIS workflows to meet user needs and ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot Beaker/LIS incidents, monitor interfaces, and resolve errors.
- Provide end-user support for Epic Beaker issues and support laboratory workflows.
