Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Beaker CPI Systems Analyst I to support laboratory information systems across outreach operations. You will troubleshoot Beaker/LIS issues, design and optimize workflows, and participate in Epic upgrades and system integrations to deliver reliable laboratory results for patients and clinicians. Day shift, 8:00 a.m.

• Associate’s Degree in IT or related field with 2 years of Beaker/LIS experience or 2 years clinical experience using Epic/LIS.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in health IT or Beaker/LIS environment.
• High School Diploma with 4 years of health IT or lab systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support Beaker/LIS workflows and optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot Beaker/LIS incidents and monitor interfaces.
• Assist with Beaker/LIS build tasks and Epic upgrades.
• Coordinate with SMEs and end-users to document requirements.
• Provide on-call support as required.
