Job summary

Engage Partners Inc. is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst II for a hybrid, full-time role in the Cincinnati area.

The position requires 3–5 years of Epic Analyst experience and Epic Beaker CP/AP certification, with hands-on configuration, build, implementation, and support responsibilities. The role focuses on Beaker modules across Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology, and Genomics, within the LIS environment, including testing, workflow configuration, and instrument interfaces.

Qualifications

• Min 3 to 5 years of Epic Analyst experience required.
• Must hold Epic Certification Beaker CP or AP required.
• Hands-on experience with application configuration, system build, implementation, and ongoing support required.
• Degree preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain laboratory test builds, system rules, and associated functionality.
• Provide project leadership and technical support for laboratory system initiatives and enhancements.
• Configure, support, and maintain Epic workflows, system tools, security settings, rules, and documentation templates.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and integrations.
• This role also supports the implementation and maintenance of designated laboratory instrument interfaces, automation systems, and related software applications in accordance with departmental policies, standards, and procedures.
