Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Assist with prep work and station setup.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to kitchen leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams.
• Support closing duties including cleanup and reset.
