Job summary

The St. Joe Company seeks an Activities Attendant at Camp Creek Resort in Inlet Beach, FL to engage members and guests in a welcoming beach club community.

You will plan and run daily, weekly and monthly events for all ages, ensuring safety, inclusivity, and clear participant instructions. The role emphasizes guest interaction, creative programming, and collaboration with the resort team to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job related needs
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English
• Hands-on customer service experience preferred
• Previous experience in a related position preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization, relaxation, and recreation
• Implement actives that accommodate those with special needs
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to participants for all activities
• Observe participants during events, gauge their enjoyment, and gather feedback to improve future events
• Report medical concerns or observations as necessary
• Adhere to and enforce all safety procedures during activities
• Plan and execute special holiday or themed events
• Participate in cross-functional team activities to enhance and improve activity programs
• Monitor and manage activity program equipment, materials, and supplies
• Perform all other duties as assigned
