Job summary

The Don CeSar in Saint Pete Beach, FL is seeking an Activities Attendant to bring the resort experience to life by leading poolside games, family activities and beachside programming.

You'll interact with guests of all ages, set up activities, answer questions about schedules and amenities, and collaborate with the Recreation team to keep daily programming running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging guests in group or family activities.
• Ability to lead games and activities with energy.
• Comfort with speaking in front of groups.
• Willingness to be outdoors in beach/pool settings.

Responsibilities

• Bring the energy and encourage guests to join resort activities and games.
• Lead poolside, beach and family-friendly activities.
• Help coordinate crafts, contests, games, holiday programming and special events.
• Create welcoming and memorable interactions with guests of all ages.
• Set up and break down activities, equipment and event spaces.
• Keep activity areas organized, clean and ready for fun.
• Share information about resort activities, schedules and amenities.
• Work alongside the Recreation team to keep daily programming running smoothly.
• Help us create those little vacation moments guests remember long after they leave.
