Job summary

Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort is seeking a hospitality teammate to deliver orders from kitchen to guests and assist servers while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

You will collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and support guest requests in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure food presentation and quality meet resort standards before serving.
