Qualifications

• Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and events.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Working efficiently on the line across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Setting up and stocking stations with supplies for service.
• Ensuring food is prepared and served according to safety standards.
