Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage guests
Strong communication skills in English
High energy and enthusiasm for guest interactions
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel lobby
Attention to detail in cash handling and procedures
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and create a positive first impression
Answer inquiries and assist guests with their needs
Efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures
Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and lobby area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Offer recommendations for nearby attractions, dining, and activities
Proactively resolve guest issues and concerns
Uphold the hotel/resort brand standards and support a positive team culture
