Belmont Park LLC is seeking a bartender at Draft to deliver a world-class beverage experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will craft drinks, engage guests, and support bar operations with teamwork and professionalism.

The role requires two years of bartending experience, knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, RBS and food handler certifications, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible hours include nights and weekends at the beachside boardwalk location.

Qualifications

• Two years bartending experience required, combined with food and beverage service experience.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, with ability to craft specialty cocktails.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under high-volume conditions.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and guest-first mindset.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Pre-Employment Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement and Experience: Greet guests promptly and professionally, create a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere.
• Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare beverages accurately and efficiently, garnish and present drinks to quality standards.
• Bar Operations and Inventory: Maintain a clean, organized bar, monitor inventory, restock, and report maintenance concerns.
