Job summary

Handcrafted Restaurants Group is seeking a bartender to provide top-tier service in a fast-paced bar and dining area. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure accurate orders and payments using the POS system.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar, monitoring alcohol service, and collaborating with kitchen staff to handle specials and allergy notices. Must be 21+ with related experience and liquor knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and bar area for service, stock liquors, garnishes and glassware.
• Greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Explain menu items, ingredients and allergen information to guests.
• Monitor alcohol service to comply with policies.
• Input orders into POS system and present checks accurately.
• Verify guest IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar promptly.
• Maintain a clean bartop and organized work area.
• Communicate with kitchen and management about specials and changes.
• Support other duties as assigned by management.
