Job summary

Distinctive Hospitality Group seeks a skilled bartender for a beachfront luxury resort. You will expertly craft cocktails, pour wines and spirits, and deliver Michelin-level service during high-volume periods.

Flexible hours include nights, weekends and holidays. We prefer candidates with 3 years of experience and a dynamic personality capable of elevating guest experiences in a resort setting. Must thrive in fast-paced, luxury environments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience preferred in luxury beverage service.
• Familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine.
• Ability to execute high level of service during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Love serving guests in a luxury beach-front resort.
• Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes.
• Record food and drink orders accurately in the POS system.
• Create memorable dining experiences while maintaining a fast, efficient service bar.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

Bartenders engage directly with customers and floor staff in a beachfront luxury resort. Flexible hours required, including nights, weekends and holidays. 3 years of experience is preferred, must be familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine. Looking for a dynamic personality that can execute a high level of service while pushing through high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Love serving guests in a luxury, beach-front resort.
• Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the Restaurant's standard drink recipes.
• Record food and drink orders accurately and immediatelyinto the POS system.
• Create memorable dining experiences to the guests of the bar, while maintaining a quick and efficient service bar to floor staff.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Other Qualifications

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
