Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Bar Back to support bartenders and servers, keep the bar stocked, and maintain cleanliness. You’ll work in a dynamic resort environment on Puerto Rico’s oceanfront coast, with opportunities to grow across departments and learn in a high-service setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Stock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, juices, water, garnishes, glassware, ice, napkins, straws, and other required supplies.
• Replenish bar products before they reach critical levels.
• Maintain organized and sanitary storage and service areas.
• Transport beverage products from designated storage locations according to established procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing bar setup.
• Wash, polish, organize, and replenish glassware.
• Maintain adequate ice throughout service.
• Remove trash and waste continuously.
• Maintain clean floors, counters, sinks, and equipment.
• Assist with receiving and storing beverage products when assigned.
• Follow product rotation and storage standards.
• Communicate shortages, breakage, or equipment issues promptly.
