Job summary

Belmont Park is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Draft, a beachfront signature restaurant. You’ll work with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coach Supervisors and front-line staff, and ensure service runs smoothly during high-volume periods.

Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.

Experience with labor, inventory, and restaurant financial performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support Supervisors, Leads, and front-line team members.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with the General Manager.
Ensure service runs smoothly during peak periods and maintain staffing levels.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership to coordinate front- and back-of-house operations.
