Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a Beach Club Recreation Manager to oversee pool, beach, arcade, and resort programs at the Boca Raton Beach Club. You will supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences at a luxury resort.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, program development, and daily operations across facilities while maintaining top-tier service for guests and members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in recreation/hospitality, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing teams of 10–30 in a luxury resort.
• Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: supervise hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation of staff.
• Recreational Programming: oversee Pool, Beach, Arcade, and Resort Programs.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety procedures and health regulations.
• Customer Service: deliver exceptional guest and member service and resolve issues.
• Operations and Documentation: manage records, pre-registration, waivers, inventory, and reports.
• Budgeting and Financials: support annual budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
