Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of inventories, scheduling and productivity.
• High school math level required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members verbally and in written form.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and complete reports.
• Report clean suites to hotel front desk and load into automated property management systems.
• Check rooms inventory and assign rooms to attendants.
• Monitor payroll reports and work schedules.
• Monitor lost and found program.
• Ensure stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies.
• Provide customer service to guests and inform about hotel services.
• Coordinate with Engineering for repairs and maintenance.
