Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks an energetic Recreation & Aquatics Experience Leader to design and deliver engaging poolside experiences for Members and guests. You will coordinate activities, games, water-fitness classes, and family events while collaborating with Aquatics, F&B, and Lifestyle teams to elevate member enjoyment.

• Develop age-appropriate programs for children and teens.
• Lead, train, and mentor Pool Concierge staff; schedule instructors.
