Job summary

Dry Force is expanding its network of plumbing partners in the DFW area to generate restoration referrals and drive growth. This Business Development Representative role focuses on building meaningful relationships and managing partner engagement from referral to job completion.

You will ramp up quickly with training, build partnerships within 60 days, and fully manage your territory by 90 days, with a strong earning potential through base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity (Luxor or similar tools is a plus).
• Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with plumbing companies across your assigned territory.
• Prospect, call, and visit partners to generate new referral opportunities.
• Educate partners on Dry Force’s services and how the referral process works.
• Identify strong partners based on responsiveness, service area, and business fit.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to strengthen partnerships.
• Track activity, partnerships, and opportunities in CRM.
• Work with operations to ensure fast response times and great customer experience.
• Keep partners informed with updates on job progress and outcomes.
