The Loan Store, Inc. is a fast-growing wholesale mortgage lender partnering with loan officers and brokers nationwide. This Business Development Representative (BDR) role drives TLS growth as the first voice and heartbeat of the team.

You will connect with loan officers across the country, build relationships, and embody TLS values—Growth, Relationships, Excellence, Authenticity, and Team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (real estate or finance is a plus).
• Confident communicators — on the phone and in writing.
• Organized and proactive — you take pride in excellence.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with organization and efficiency.
• CRM experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners.
• Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts.
• Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions.
• Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance.
• Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production.
• Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with.
