Valuetainment in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This on-site role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and a clear path to six figures for top performers.

You will connect with business owners and executives, present consulting solutions, manage the sales process from initial contact to close, and build a robust pipeline with the support of world-class coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Experience engaging decision-makers or business owners is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners and executives to understand goals and growth opportunities.
• Present Bet-David Consulting services, events, and educational programs.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through close.
• Meet with clients virtually, in Fort Lauderdale office, and in person when appropriate.
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and proactive outreach.
• Track activity and client interactions within the CRM.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to a high-performance team.
