Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine is hiring experienced Sales Consultants to meet growing demand in Grapevine, TX. Earn a progressive pay plan with the potential to surpass $100,000 annually, with top sellers earning $150,000–$200,000+.

Enjoy a 5-day work week, family-friendly schedule, and a showroom that closes early on weekdays and Saturdays. Previous automotive experience helps, but attitude and effort matter most.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their vehicle needs with current inventory.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a product specialist and complete training.
• Close the deal and deliver the vehicle to the customer.

• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become product specialist and complete all required training
• Know the ins and outs of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Become knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas.
• Complete all paperwork
• Close the deal and deliver the vehicle to the customer
• Utilize dealership control and follow-up system and procedures
• Bring your “A” game along with a positive attitude to work with you every day.
• 5+ years' sales experience preferred
• Bilinugal Spanish a plus!
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required
• Professional appearance
• Must have an outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Great communication skills with customers and team members
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, CRM, DriveCentric)
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
