Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships in Pennsylvania is hiring BDC Service Representatives to join our growing team. Training is provided with pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more after training.

The role involves answering inbound calls and emails, scheduling service appointments, maintaining CRM records, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department. You should be self-motivated, upbeat, and comfortable with high call volumes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Upbeat, positive demeanor on calls.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
• Comfort with high-volume inbound/outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up on reminders.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
