Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships in Pennsylvania is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team. There is no experience required, but a training program is provided to new hires.

You will engage customers on the lot, listen to their needs, demonstrate vehicle features, explain paperwork, and work toward closing sales while building lasting customer relationships. We offer full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently.
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approach and talk to customers who enter the dealership lot.
• Listen and ask questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicle.
• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory.
• Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle’s details.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and completing sales contracts.
• Cultivate buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers.
