Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join its Downtown Williamsport, PA team within the Business Development Center. Training pay is offered, with $15.63/hr in Sales and $15.00/hr in Service, plus opportunities to earn more after the training periods.

Responsibilities include answering calls and online inquiries, following dealership scripts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed customer records while expanding product and inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Clean criminal background record.
• Upbeat, positive attitude with a smile while dialing.
• Ability to be self-motivated.
• Ability to manage heavy phone contact.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Use precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries.
• Project a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing vehicle sales or service information.
• Schedule sales or service appointments for the dealerships.
• Collect and track all customer information and record it into the BDC database.
• Maintain a high level of product and inventory knowledge for customers.
