As a BDC Specialist, you will log interactions in the CRM, support campaigns, and collaborate with the service team to ensure timely follow-ups and laser-focused communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments, follow up on inquiries, and provide updates on repairs.
• Engage customers professionally, reflecting a courteous image and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency and fill open slots.
• Log communications and transactions into the CRM, generate reports, and monitor trends for service improvements.
• Support promotional campaigns, contacting customers about offers or recalls, with timely follow-up.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and service department to ensure smooth communication.
• Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and build loyalty.
