Murgado Automotive Group is hosting a Career Fair for its Business Development Center (BDC) Service Agents at Ocean Cadillac in Miami. Join a rapidly growing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving loyalty through proactive outreach and service excellence.

We’re seeking friendly communicators who thrive in a busy environment, with opportunities to grow within the group. In-person interviews will be conducted Oct 14–15, 10am–3pm, at the Miami location.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional communicator who thrives in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries.

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required).

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
