Murgado Automotive Group in Miami, FL is seeking friendly, professional communicators for our Career Fair and upcoming BDC Service Agents roles. This full-time opportunity focuses on customer engagement, service delivery, and driving loyalty in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Typical duties include handling 100+ outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, updating CRM, and collaborating with service and marketing teams to meet client needs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Murgado Automotive Group, one of America’s most exciting automotive groups, is hosting a CAREER FAIR for our growing and vibrant Business Development Center - CALL CENTER - the heartbeat of our dealership group and a core revenue and loyalty driver!

We are on the prowl for friendly and professional communicators, who thrive in a fast-paced environment, to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery.

Join us on October 14 & 15, from 10am to 3pm, at Ocean Cadillac 17800 Ipco Road, Miami, FL 33162, to meet our BDC Director and hiring managers, and to learn more about our BDC Service Agents career opportunities and how you can forge a long-term and lucrative career within a supportive team environment!
