Murgado Automotive Group, one of America’s most exciting automotive groups, is hosting a CAREER FAIR for our growing and vibrant Business Development Center - CALL CENTER - the heartbeat of our dealership group and a core revenue and loyalty driver! We are on the prowl for friendly and professional communicators, who thrive in a fast-paced environment, to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required).
